I find myself interacting more heavily with Bluesky recently.
I think part of the reason is that the Mastodon interface is still unfriendly in many respects, like the way it displays threads is confusing and requires a bit more effort to comprehend.
Also if I want to answer a question I have to do a bit more investigation to find out if it's already been answered.
It's not just those things, in many tiny ways I find Mastodon a little harder to engage with, with no positive change in years.
@lotographia for those of us not on bsky, how does it do threads differently?
@v_for_verbosity Bluesky will actually show you the original post as well as the reply. On Mastodon you have to click through to see what is being replied to, and often it's not even clear when something IS a reply. It just makes threads here feel a bit disconnected?
