Pro tip: do not pour hot grease directly into a plastic takeaway container - wait for it to cool down
@DrJosh9000 I keep two cans on the door of the freezer. One is for bacon grease, to be reused (yum!), and the other is for any other grease. When the non-bacon can is full, it goes in the trash, unless it's winter and I feel like giving the birds a treat.
